 Avoid this program by all means The program is a nightmare to install. The licensing method is terrible. Once the license is issued, it can be used only once and it does not work and fails to install. From that point you are on your own and no refund will be issued. Your money gone dowwn the drain to China. The program is not even on the top 10 list. I suggest you avoid this program. Instead, consider: Netvizer, number 2 on the top 10, and a thousand dollar cheaper than number one.

follow up on response Hi! My anti-virus works very fine but it is windows xp that did not recognize that it work...I think maybe your software modify one service in my PC or something like that and because of that, windows XP did not see that my anti-virus is installed and working correctly. I'm sure that your software is responsible for that because it was the only change that I do on my PC since many month.Thanks to take some time to help me, it was very appreciated.
troubleshooting after installation After I install your software, Windows XP did not recognize anymore my anti-virus software. I receive every time I logged a Windows security Alert. I desinstall your software and it did not correct the problem. I try maining things to correct the problem but nothing work. For this reason, I did not recommend your software and I will not buy it!
